Is a document that is shared with you already in your vault?

When your notary public shares a document with you, it will automatically show up in your vault. You still have to accept the document in order to open it and store it permanently with your other documents in your vault. If you refuse the document, you cannot open it and it will disappear from your vault.

If another Izimi user shares a document from their vault with you, this will not automatically appear in your vault, but in your “Sharing Overview”. You will then access that person’s document via a link. If you wish, you can keep a copy of this document in your vault. Do note that this is only a copy of the document.
