Cookies policy for the Izimi application

A cookie is a small text file sent to your browser and saved on the hard disk of your terminal (PC, laptop, smartphone, etc.) when you visit a website, such as, for example, your language selection.

Respect for your privacy and your personal data is our priority.

That is why the non-profit organisation Royal Federation of Belgian Notaries (FRNB – KBFN) (Fednot), as administrator of the website, uses two types of cookies. These cookies are explained in detail in the table below.

Functional cookies

Functional cookies allow websites to record information that has already been provided and offer you enhanced customised features. For example, a functional cookie is required to remember which language your prefer. These cookies cannot therefore be disabled.

Analytical cookies

Websites also use analytical cookies to allow us to quantify visits (traffic) to websites and, in particular, to know how many times a specific webpage has been read. We use this information solely to improve the content of our websites and the surrounding communication.

These cookies will be placed on your terminal device only if you have previously agreed to allow us to do so.

If you configure your browser to block any cookie, some sections of the websites will not work as they should do, or even not at all.
